Do you have a survey available?
No I do not. You are welcome to hire a surveyer as a condition of purchase if you wish.I was confident in my self inspection on purchase and would rather put that money towards future expenses. In hindsight I am confident that was the correct decission for me.It carries liability insurance at a cost of $255/yr. No Survey is required.
Where is it registered?
It is flagged in the United States. All paperwork is current.
What does it need to go sailing?
Just bring your cloths and provisions.
Is it available?
Yes. This site will be taken down when sold.
What does it cost for a slip or storage?
Last year in 6 months of cruising the Sea of Cortez less then two weeks were spent at marinas ranging from $15-45 per night.. The rest was at anchor at islands and bays for free.In Guaymas/ San Carlos a month at a marina is $305/450/570 depending on the location. Dry storage was $145/month over the summer.
